Case Study: Postproduction and special effects for commercials and social media. Filming and video files provided by client. Created special effects using a variety of techniques, such as 3D camera creation and motion tracking, rotoscoping and masking, background visual replacement, color work and touch ups, scene adjustments. Case Study: Animation and motion graphics for live performances. Worked closely with an international entertainment and art collective who specializes in unique live experiences such as corporate events, concerts, ticketed shows and performances. They use projection mapping, lighting, technology, dancers and performers and to create fully-immersive, multi-sensory experiences. My role has been to create the background animation and effects to be projected onto the performers to create the illusion of interactivity between the dancers and the graphics. Case Study: Augmented reality project. Worked with an Artist/AR Specialist to create several Augment Reality videos using cards. Client provided the assets, and I brought the artwork to life by adding animation and effects. The client then took those animations / videos and used them to create AR cards. Case Study: Created motion graphics for live performance art project called Pulse, by Quixotic. Worked with dancers, performers and choreographers to create animations which were placed over the dancers during a series of live performances using projection mapping and an LED screen. Case Study: 3D, low poly, retro video game style music video. Was hired to create an official animated music video for a new musical artist. I created storyboards, 3D assets and animation using Adobe Photoshop, After Effects and Cinema 4D. Unfortunately, towards the end of the project, due to creative differences the song and video were cancelled, and the artist was removed from the label.
